FEES

payment is at the time of service,a monthly $5 admin fee will be added if not paid withing 7 days.

Appointments are booked on a 15 minute basis.

There may be extra charges  pro-rata  based on time/further work involved.

If you think you may need extra time or have a list of problems, please advise at the time of making your appointment and book a longer appointment.

All fees are in New -Zealand dollars  and include 15 % government general sales tax.

ADULTS;
New Patient registration first visit - 96 (Card-75)
Once a patient is enrolled with The PHO(this process can take 3-5months),the cost of consultation is reduced depending on age group

Age over 65 -  $69
Age 25 to 65 -  $81

CHILDREN;
Under 5- $35.
Over 5- $53.
 
ACCIDENTS;
First Visit- $64  Follow up-$51
note-if you have been treated elsewhere for an accident already please bring your full claim details.
